We are proud to offer this exciting 2/1 gastronorm compatible addition to the
Gram Compact range. The Compact 610 combines many well known Gram
features within the market leading Compact range.
As a customer you can take advantage of advanced functions normally only
offered as standard within the Gram PLUS, TWIN, EURO and MIDI series.
The COMPACT 610 range will be available as a refrigerator and freezer. The
cabinets are designed with a durable one piece moulded grey ABS inner
lining. The external front and side walls, inside of the door and shelf wall rails
are stainless steel.
This robust construction combines to recognise the high demands of the
working professional kitchen.

An advanced electronic controller
The Gram electronic controller gives you
peace of mind and unrivalled control.
Digital indication of temperature, an
acoustic door alarm and volt-free contacts
to allow a remote alarm system to be set
up are standard. An integrated data logger
is available as an additional option.
Sturdy wire shelves with tilt prevention
The sturdy plastic-coated wire shelves are supported on
stainless steel wall rails that prevent the shelves from tilting
when pulled out. As an option the shelves are also available
in stainless steel.
Topmounted compressor
The compressor and refrigeration
system is housed in the unique
Gram ’plug-in’ unit. Offering
additional flexibility of usage as
required.

Unique air distribution system
Thanks to our unique Gram air distribution system,
the COMPACT 610 cabinet maintains a correct and
uniform temperature throughout. Refrigerated air is
directed down the air distribution plate, positioned
at the back of the cabinet. From there, it circulates
around the cabinet and back to the evaporator fan in
the top of the cabinet.
