LIFTING MECHANISM<br />
n Linak actuator motor 12V with a thrust of up to 2500N.<br />
n Motor is fixed to a stainless steel back plate, onto top rings of cellar, and connected to a control box which sits within a top<br />
cellar module.<br />
n Arm of motor is fixed through two holes to centre steel trim of door. Two recessed hex head machine screws hold the arm in place.<br />
Removal of these two screws (from the topside of door) will release the motor arm in case of failure.<br />
n A manual gas strut arm is also fixed from stainless steel back plate to centre steel trim of door.<br />
n <strong>Door</strong> takes 26 seconds to open to 85 degrees maximum.<br />
n Duty cycle: 2 minutes continuous use followed by 18 idle minutes.<br />
n Ambient operating temperature of motor: from 5ºC to 40ºC.<br />
n Motor has protection class IP51.<br />
n Motor approved to: EN 60601‐1/UL 60601‐1 in connection with CB8, CB12, CB14, CB18 AND CBJ.<br />
n <strong>Door</strong> is operated by switch on nearest wall with sight line to the <strong>Spiral</strong> Cellar.<br />
RECESS FOR TILES<br />
n 20mm recess - designed <strong>for</strong> 12mm <strong>tiles</strong> plus adhesive.<br />
n Instruction <strong>for</strong> laying <strong>tiles</strong>: Tiles should be laid inside the frame of the door panel, and up to the edge of the outer frame.<br />
n A cut out should be made around the hinges and <strong>tiles</strong> to be laid to the level of the top of the hinge.<br />
n <strong>Spiral</strong> <strong>Cellars</strong> will set the hinges of the door to the FFL given during the installation.<br />
n The floor layer should rebate the handle into the flooring (<strong>Spiral</strong> <strong>Cellars</strong> will not do this).<br />
