Unmet Needs for 2013: 1. Expanding the range of care.
There is no residential treatment for women in Waukesha County currently. There are women
being referred from Alcohol and Drug Treatment court as well as Social Services and Division of
Community Corrections. There is a need for women to receive treatment close to their homes.
There are also no sober living facilities for women in Waukesha County. There is not enough
sober living facilities for men as well.
The opiate addiction problem continues to challenge available treatment.
comes out.
3. Need for continuum of preventive education and services in
Waukesha County.
services are needed in particular due to the huge numbers of people using opiates and heroin.
