V. <strong>Ph</strong>.D. in Electronics Engineering<br />
IMPORTANT NOTE: The eligibility of the following candidates is subject to the conditions below.<br />
(i) If candidate fails to submit NOC from the present employer (if employed) be<strong>for</strong>e the date of<br />
entrance test, he/she shall NOT BE PERMITTED to attend the entrance test. However if the<br />
candidate wishes to resign and join <strong>Ph</strong>.D. programme, he/she needs to in<strong>for</strong>m his/her<br />
employer and submit the proof of the same be<strong>for</strong>e the date of entrance test. Otherwise, the<br />
candidate shall NOT BE PERMITTED to attend the entrance test.<br />
(ii) Reserved category candidates shall be considered as “OPEN” if the requisite documents as<br />
indicated are not submitted be<strong>for</strong>e the entrance test.<br />
(iii) The candidates should report to the entrance test venue ONE HOUR BEFORE the scheduled<br />
time of entrance test <strong>for</strong> submitting the documents which are not submitted along with the<br />
application <strong>for</strong>m.<br />
(iv) The candidates having VALID GATE SCORE CARD are only exempted from appearing <strong>for</strong> the<br />
entrance test. The venue, date and time of entrance test are given at the end of this list,<br />
which is changed from the declared schedule.<br />
