I. <strong>Ph</strong>.D. in Structural Engineering<br />
Based on the performance in the entrance test and presentation/interview following candidates are<br />
selected for <strong>provisional</strong> <strong>admission</strong> to <strong>Ph</strong>.D. programme (Structural Engineering) for the year 2013‐14.<br />
They are required to confirm their <strong>admission</strong>s as per the published schedule by complying with the<br />
following aspects in the office of the institute while taking the <strong>admission</strong>. The published dates for<br />
<strong>admission</strong>s are 5 th September, 2013 to 7 th September, 2013.<br />
1. All the candidates including the reservation category candidates are required to pay full fees of<br />
Rs. 48260/‐ (Rs. Fourty Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty only) in the form of DD drawn in<br />
favour of “Principal, <strong>Government</strong> <strong>College</strong> of Engineering, Aurangabad”, payable at Aurangabad.<br />
2. All the candidates are required to submit Leaving Certificate in ORIGINAL.<br />
3. The candidates who are presently employed are required to submit the RELIEVING ORDER IN<br />
ORIGINAL in the prescribed format from the employer at the time of <strong>admission</strong>. Otherwise they<br />
will not be offered <strong>admission</strong>. If the candidate wishes to resign from the present job and join,<br />
he/she should submit a copy of the accepted resignation letter.<br />
4. All the candidates are required to bring their all relevant ORIGINAL certificates and submit a set<br />
of attested copies of the same.<br />
