TERMS AND CONDITIONS:<br />

• The Participation fee is not inclusive of prevailing Singapore Goods & Service Tax.<br />

• This is an exclusive <strong>Mission</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Exhibition</strong> <strong>and</strong> seats are limited. Early registration is strongly encouraged.<br />

• Delegates will be notified of the confirmation of their registration after their form has been processed <strong>and</strong> payment received.<br />

• Delegates who have not paid are advised to fulfill the payment terms within two (2) weeks from the time of registration or no<br />

later than the closing date. An email acknowledgement will be sent to the delegate upon receipt of payment. There will be no<br />

refund once registration is confirmed.<br />

• All delegates must print <strong>and</strong> bring along their ‘Confirmation Note’ to collect their official delegate kit <strong>and</strong> badge.<br />

• All forms of booking are subjected to the terms <strong>and</strong> conditions stipulated by the Organisers.<br />

• Kindly note that any personal information provided as part of exhibition registration will only be used for the purpose it has been<br />

provided for. It will not be passed on to other organisations unless this has been made explicit at the time the registrant supplies<br />

the information. However, this information may be used by the organisers for notifying delegates of future conferences <strong>and</strong> of<br />

any publications emerging from, or related to, this event.<br />
