Congratulations! Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) is pleased to inform you that the University has decided
to offer you admission to the programme of:

You are required to attend MEDIU’s Student Orientation Day for a briefing and introduction to start the registration
process. Details of the event are as follows:
Date : 21 st February 2011*
Venue : MEDIU Level 11, Plaza Masalam, Jalan Tengku Ampuan Zabedah E/9E, 40100 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia
Kindly bring along all your original academic certificates during the Orientation Day. (See checklist Appendix 1)
Classes will commence on the 28 th of February 2011. If you are receiving financial assistance, kindly provide us an
undertaking letter from the sponsoring institution. Please make sure you plan your traveling and do inform us your
itineraries which include your flight date and time. We will not entertain if you arrive after the commencement date
mentioned earlier.
Please secure your place at the University by accepting our offer as soon as possible. If you choose to accept this offer,
please use the link which will be sent to you via email within 3 working days from the date of this letter. If you choose
to decline this offer, please notify us immediately. If we do not receive any response within fourteen (14) days from the
date of this letter, this offer will be rescinded.

Notes:
*Language requirement: For Courses conducted in English Language candidates must first, obtain a score of either 550 TOEFL or 6.0 band IELTS
“native speakers are exempted”. Applicants who do not have either of the above qualifications are required to pass MEDIU’s English Proficiency Test
(MEPT) with a minimum of 5.0 points. For Courses conducted in Arabic Language applicants are required to pass MEDIU’s Arabic Proficiency Test
(MAPT) “native speakers are exempted”. Failure to pass the MEDIU Proficiency Test, student will undergo the Short Courses programme depend on
Band obtained.
