Provides excellent release for all
types of thermoplastics, some

post-moulding treatments, such
as painting, printing or gluing. Will
not build up in the mould.
Operational up to 150°C.

surface is required such as
production line slides, tracks or
tables.

A minimal transfer, dry film, nonsilicone
release agent. Provides an
ultra thin, dry film, especially
effective on ‘electronic' grade
polymers such as polycarbonate
and ABS, particularly suitable for
the release of HIPS (High Impact
Styrene). Will not interfere with
post-moulding operations, such as
painting, printing or gluing.
Operational to 120O°C
continuous, and intermittent to
210O°C. (Although multiple
release properties are reduced).

agent. It is based on silicones
dissolved in a blend of solvents
and has been formulated for
injection moulding, but is also

Also useful as an anti-stick agent
in the food, textiles, sewing, foam
converting, printing and shoe
industries. Operational to
288°C continuous, and
300°C intermittent.
