System Cleaner
Grade SC-SYSTEM
For use in cleaning water-based operating
fluids and coolants from central systems or
individual machines. Free of secondary
alkanolamines, heavy metal compounds,
phenols, hexahydrotriazine and nitrite.
Excellent cleaning action. Storage
temperature of 5 to +40°C. NOTE: So-Clean
System at 1- 2% is added to the used
operating fluid about eight to twelve hours
before draining. The complete cleaning
effect is only achieved if the operating fluid
circulates through all working parts of the
system. Neither pH value nor foaming of
the operating fluid change significantly
when So-Clean System is added. Soil in
machines, tubes and reservoirs of the
system are loosened and re-emulsified. For
heavily soiled systems,
increasing the dwell time to
24 hours is recommended.
Thick sediment deposits are
best removed mechanically
and rinsed off with clean
water. Supplied in 20ltr
stacking poly container.

Multi-Metal Process Cleaner and
Degreasers
Gives excellent separation properties and
low foam tendency (even with low
temperature and high pressures). Surfaces
cleaned with this product have minimal
organic and inorganic residues. Has
passivation properties, affording good
protection against corrosion (depending on
water quality) even during the tempering
process. Can be used in high pressure
systems up to 400bar. Gives extraordinarily
long life. Available in grades SC-FE and SC-
MULTI. Supplied in 20ltr stacking poly
containers.

Sump Emptier
With stainless steel Venturi pump. Screws into
205 litre oil drums. Uses compressed air to
create a powerful vacuum. Empties liquid and
suspended solids from tanks and can fill a
drum in as little as 90 seconds, making it
ready for appropriate disposal. Shuts off
automatically when done.
Water Mixer
Water and chemical mixing
equipment system that is
approved for use by the water
regulation authority (WRA) to
prevent the possibility of back flow. This is to
safeguard against the possibility of chemicals
finding their way into the mains water supply.
Mixes water and chemicals to metered
concentrations with approved air gap back flow
prevention incorporated into the unit. Offers an
economical way of blending chemicals directly
from the mains water system without the
requirement for any additional pipe-work, nonreturn
valves or back flow prevention systems.

Tramp Oil Belt Skimmers

Aqueous alkaline cleaner which can be used
over a wide range of temperatures and
operations. Nitrite and phosphate-free, as well
as being suitable for virtually all ferrous and
non-ferrous metals including aluminium.
Can be used as:
• A machine tool cleaner.
• A general-purpose maintenance cleaner on
floors, walls and other hard surfaces.
• A deburring, smoothing and deflashing
medium in conjunction with abrasive stones.
• A dip tank cleaner for removal of light
contamination.
