Provisional List of Selected Candidates for
M.Tech in Computational Engineering
On the basis of successful completion of seven weeks “Introductory course in
Computing” securing 80/100 or above marks or grade ‘A’, and meeting other
eligibility criteria, the following candidates are provisionally given admission in to
the course of Two Year M.Tech program in Computational Engineering.
The candidates have to attend -8- hours a day for their studies by self learning mode
and research survey in addition to a duty of -4- hours a day for teaching assistance.
The candidates shall get an amount of proportionate honorarium subject to a
maximum of Rs.10,000/- per month as teaching assistance for undertaking
teaching assignments.
All the admitted candidates have to live in the campus availing the dormitories and
food as provided by RGUKT along with other B.Tech students. The charges for tuition
(Rs.4000/-), accommodation and food(Rs.2,200) and cost of Laptop (Rs.1,800) shall
be deducted/adjusted every month from the amount earned through teaching
assistance and the balance of amount Rs.2,000/ shall be paid towards incidental
expenses on pro-rata basis.
The M.Tech program for this batch of students shall be conducted at the RGUKT
campus, Nuzvid. The candidates are informed to report to the “Director, RGUKT
campus, Nuzvid” on 27-09-2012 for joining the course at 10.AM.
The candidates are required to fulfill the following formalities obliging to;
i. Produce and deposit all the original certificates of SSC, Intermediate and
graduation,
ii. a. Make payment of special fee of Rs.6,000/ for first year(2012-13) towards
Admission fee (Rs.1000),
Special fee (Rs.4,000) and
one-time refundable caution deposit(Rs.1,000 )
b. In the second year(2013-14) Rs 4000 shall be paid towards the special
fee.
iii. Submit an undertaking ( proforma enclosed)

M.Tech. Programme (2012-13)
Undertaking
With reference to my admission to the M.Tech Programme in Computational
Engineering at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies in 2012, I
_______________________________________, a candidate having been provisionally
selected for admission to the above Programme undertake that I fully understand;
1. The nature, methods and organization of the M.Tech. Programme and will abide
by them
2. That I need to pass M.Tech. Course in order to get M.Tech. Degree, where the
method of teaching is by “Learning by Doing” employing cognitive techniques
and self learning,
3. That the place of study of the M.Tech. Programme is any of the three RGUKT
Campuses (Basar/Nuzvid/Idupulapaya) and prepared to go to any campus
even during the course,
4. That I accept “Teaching Assignment” undertaking the teaching,
5. That I agree to the deduction of the charges for food, accommodation and tuition
fee from my “Teaching Assistance” by the RGUKT authorities,
6. That the programme is fully residential for the students,
7. That I will bear all my expenses for the M.Tech. Programme in case if the
Teaching Assistance is not given to me due to a valid reason,
8. I shall have my own Laptop computer either purchased by me or arranged by
RGUKT by deducting its cost from my teaching-assistance earned in
installments.
9. That I shall scrupulously follow the rules that are in force and the code of
conduct of RGUKT from time to time and shall not in any manner disturb the
educational atmosphere at the RGUKT Campus to which I will be allotted.
I undertake that I will agree to the above conditions and abide by them. I agree that
RGUKT has the right to cancel my admission to the Programme at any point of time
send me away from the campus if I violate any of the above or for any other valid
reason.
