the new Octavia will offer you the best values in terms of fuel consumption and CO 2 emissions. The
efcient operation of the car is signicantly supported by a lower car weight, which was, despite bigger
dimensions and additional advanced technology, reduced thanks to selecting the proper materials and
modern production technology. Most versions are offered as Green tec, thus their standard equipment
includes the Start-Stop system and energy recovery functionality. The most favourable values are, in terms
of economical operation and CO 2 emissions, achieved by the GreenLine vehicles, which, in addition to the
above mentioned, feature other specic modications.
You can select the reliable manual transmission, featuring
precise gear shifting and easy, short-distance gear stick
movement, with any of the offered engines.
Automatic DSG (Direct Shift Gearbox) enables excellent
acceleration and keeps the engine in its optimum working
mode. With economic driving, you can achieve reduced fuel
consumption and thus CO 2 emissions. Based on the specic
engine version, we will offer you a 7-speed or 6-speed
alternative.
The petrol engines are represented by the 4-cylinder 1.2 TSI/63 kW,
1.2 TSI/77 kW, 1.4 TSI/103 kW and the highly powerful 1.8 TSI/132 kW.
The 1.2 and 1.4 engines are completely new, while the 1.8 engine is an
innovated version that already represents the third generation of TSI
technology. One of the advantages of all engines is the lower weight
and fuel consumption, as well as the CO 2 emission reduction.
The diesel engines are represented by the 4-cylinder 1.6 TDI CR DPF/66 kW,
1.6 TDI CR DPF/77 kW, 1.6 TDI CR DPF/81 kW (exclusively for the GreenLine
version) and the top 2.0 TDI CR DPF/110 kW. The whole range of diesel
engines is completely new and features higher power, more cultivated
running, lower fuel consumption and as much as 45% lower emissions
of harmful fumes.
