Two biotechnology teachers, Dr. Ka-Chun Suen<br />
and Ms Mei-Yu Lin will design a 3-year<br />
biotechnology curriculum for secondary 1 to 3<br />
students. The curriculum will also be continuously<br />
revised in order to produce the most appropriate<br />
curriculum for biotechnology education.<br />
Comments on the biotechnology curriculum will<br />
be obtained from our curriculum advisors and<br />
other professionals in either science or education.<br />
Support from publishers will be sought.<br />
Our school is open to other schools to visit<br />
biotechnology lessons in order to receive<br />
comments from teaching professionals.<br />
Teachers will conduct research on educational<br />
aspects to assess whether our biotechnology<br />
curriculum can facilitate students to learn science.<br />
Collaboration with language teachers will be made<br />
in order that the curriculum can be designed to<br />
minimize language barriers to learn biotechnology<br />

of biotechnology at our school<br />
will focus on research-based<br />
learning. As a result, students do<br />
not only acquire but also create<br />
knowledge.<br />
The biotechnology laboratory can<br />
support some students who are<br />
devoted to biological sciences to<br />
conduct scientific research.<br />
The laboratory will be equipped with basic<br />
facilities to support students to learn<br />
