報 名 須 知 Information on Application1. 入 學 申 請 表 格 已 放 置 在 本 校 校 務 處 , 有 意 申 請 入 讀 本 校 者 , 可 到 本 校 校 務 處 索 取 ; 亦 可 經 由 本 校 網 頁 下 載 申 請 表 格 。Application forms can be obtained from our school or downloaded from our website.2. 申 請 人 請 親 身 將 下 列 文 件 交 回 本 校 ( 以 A4 紙 張 為 佳 ), 為 避 免 郵 遞 失 誤 , 郵 寄 、 電 郵 或 傳 真 恕 不 接 受 。The applicant is requiredto submit the following documents (A4 paper size) in person.
