2 s Registration closes May 14, 2010 at 12:00 Midnight, EST.
3 s Housing opens April 5, 2010 at 9:00 a.m., EST (Must be registered for the convention in order to
make hotel reservations.)
4 s Housing will close June 28, 2010.
5 s Deadline for purchase/receipt of the Souvenir Journal Ad is April 1, 2010.
6 s Deadline to register for the 5th National Golf Tournament is June 11, 2010.
7 s Deadline to register for family activities, tours and events is July 20, 2010.
ON-SITE
1 s Registration opens for pre-registered sorors exclusively on Thursday, July 29, 2010 from 9:00 a.m.–
10:00 p.m.
2 s On-site registration opens on Friday, July 30, 2010 at 10:00 a.m..
3 s Voting and Alternative Delegates are required to attend the WORKING IN CONVENTION DELEGATE
ORIENTATION SESSION on Thursday, July 29, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Voting Delegates are
required to attend a REHEARSAL FOR THE FORMAL OPENING on Thursday, July 29, 2010 at
5:00 p.m.
4 s Transfers and adjustments that involve the payment of fees can
be made beginning Friday, July 30, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
5 s The Formal Opening is Saturday, July 31, 2010.
6 s The Closing Banquet is Wednesday, August 4, 2010.
7 s Convention Packet (Registration Confirmation)
• Convention packets will be mailed to registered financial
members from 2010 to 2011 no later than June 30, 2010.
• If you are registered financial and have not received your
packet by July 7, 2010 please notify the Registrar at National
Headquarters.
• Check your packet promptly upon receipt and verify that all
contents are accurate and complete.
