INTERCOM-SYSTEM FOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TWO POSITIONS<br />
Where are these systems preferably applied<br />
What characterises this system<br />
What’s new<br />
The WSV Universal was particularly developed <strong>for</strong> the<br />
automotive sector and is installed in all kinds of utility<br />
and special-purpose vehicles.<br />
Consequently two different versions of operating voltage<br />
are available:<br />
• <strong>for</strong> vehicles with a vehicle voltage of 12V DC<br />
• and <strong>for</strong> vehicles with a vehicle voltage of 24V DC.<br />
Main fields of application:<br />
• turntable ladders<br />
• hydraulic work plat<strong>for</strong>ms<br />
• crane systems<br />
• waste collection vehicles<br />
• security vans<br />
• Due to the integrated preamplifier at station II the voice<br />
signal coming in by means of a microphone or a loudspeaker<br />
is amplified.<br />
The advantage is that especially when having longer transmission<br />
lines „interferences resulting from wires“are eliminated<br />
as far as possible. As a result the system is more<br />
interference proof.<br />
• The amplifier module (station I) has two separate output<br />
stages.<br />
As a consequence a second loudspeaker can be connected<br />
without any problems. Another particular effect is that the<br />
output rating is doubled!<br />
• Are your ears still sounding from the annoying „clicking noise<br />
in the loudspeaker“when switching the voice direction<br />
These times are definitely over! Due to the new type of<br />
patented Low Selection Switch <strong>System</strong> this problem is a<br />
thing of the past.<br />
• The electrical connection is carried out by means of two<br />
standardised Combicon plug connectors.<br />
This guarantees a quick exchange of the system without<br />
annoying cabling work.<br />
STATION II<br />
This version WSV Universal consists of two separate modules.<br />
On the one hand the actual amplifier module, on the other hand<br />
a preamplifier module which due to its compact dimensions can<br />
be integrated directly in the loudspeaker of station II.<br />
The system’s designation „WSV Universal“was chosen deliberately,<br />
as it is available in a wide variety of technical types.<br />
Depending on the application the system can be composed<br />
especially according to the customers’ requirements.<br />
Whether the basic version with only one loudspeaker at intercom<br />
station I and one loudspeaker with preamplifier as intercom station<br />
II, up to systems with microphone, loudspeaker and headset<br />
at both intercom stations. There are plenty of innumerable possible<br />
variations.<br />
