CLEANING SOLUTION<br />
Description<br />
<strong>DBI</strong>’S GRAVANEUF is a cleaning product<br />
made to remove stubborn stains that cannot<br />
be removed from acid-etched glass with<br />
classic products.<br />
The product effectively restores acid-etched<br />
surfaces, however it is absolutely necessary to<br />
follow instructions for use and safety.<br />

GRAVANEUF is only for use on acid-etched<br />
surfaces and must only be used according to<br />
instructions for use and safety instructions<br />
(see safety sheet).<br />
ACID CLEANER BOX<br />
The ACID CLEANER BOX is a complete<br />
cleaning box by <strong>DBI</strong>.<br />
Instructions for cleaning and maintaining<br />
all acid-etched glass<br />
« Work site stains » - type 1<br />
• Polymer<br />
• Silicone<br />
• Glue<br />
• Paint<br />
• Varnish<br />
• Insulating foam<br />
Operation<br />
1. Carefully remove the dirt with a scraper.<br />
Hold the tool flat to shave the dirty surface.<br />
2. Test to find the best adapted solvent. Use<br />
solvent on a cloth to rub off most of the stain.<br />
3. Pour GRAVANEUF on an absorbant cloth<br />
to rub the spot with circular motion from the<br />
center out (like waxing a car) for +/- 30 seconds.<br />
Immediately rub with a dry cloth in the<br />
same manner until completely dry. Warning:<br />
immediately wipe off any drips or spills.<br />
4. Final treatment or maintenance<br />
Apply by rubbing the spot on all of the surface<br />
with an “Instanet”-type product, or apply<br />
GRAVANEUF diluted in the same quantity<br />
of water (½ GRAVANEUF + ½ water). Rub<br />
carefully with a sponge for at least 3 minutes.<br />
Rinse and wipe acid-etching, it will look like<br />
new. Repeat all operations if necessary.<br />
Operation<br />
1. Apply GRAVANEUF (see operations 3 and<br />
4 for type 1 stains)<br />
2. Some stains can be removed using powder<br />
cleaners (Vim or Ajax) with a damp metal pad.<br />
Then rinse and dry.<br />
Slight finger marks can be removed using an<br />
artist rubber.<br />

• Skid marks, grinding<br />
• Cerium oxide<br />
• Mechanical dirt<br />
Operation<br />
Apply GRAVANEUF (see operations 3 and 4<br />
for type 1 stains).<br />
Caution<br />
GRAVANEUF contains fluorhydric acid,<br />
wear gloves when manipulating.<br />
Protect floors during treatment (especially<br />
marble).<br />
Rinse well under running water in<br />
case of contact with skin or eyes.<br />
See a doctor in case of prolonged<br />
contact. Keep out of the reach of<br />
children.<br />
The kit is packaged in a portable storage box<br />
and contains:<br />
• 2 disposable aprons<br />
• 2 garbage bags<br />
• 10 absorbant white cloths<br />
• 2 sponges<br />
• 4 steel wool pads<br />
• 1 artist’s rubber<br />
• 1 liter of white spirits<br />
• 1 liter of acetone<br />
• liters of Gravaneuf<br />
• 1 liter of Instanet<br />
• 250g of Vim<br />
