CHAPTER – 3<br />
3.1 Interaction with public and public grievance<br />
The <strong>department</strong> has designated its PIOs and APIOs who are responsible for providing information to any<br />
applicant as prescribed in the RTI Act. Besides, through publicity campaigns, awareness camps, and<br />
<strong>department</strong>al website, an interface is created between the <strong>department</strong> and the public in general and<br />
weavers in particular. Any particular complaint can be addressed to the Director , Divisional Heads and<br />
the District Officers.<br />
