Those are light anti-falling cylinders without valves fitted with auto shaft-pin locking device that prevents piston rod from falling by itself. when the cylinder is vertically in stalled and air supply cut off the piston rod will not fall by itself thanks to the locking device and this well meets the needs of the electrobath tank's operation. they are cylinders with valves and anti-falling pins, based on the QG-1/QG-2 cylinder design these cylinders have shaft pin locking device that prevents the cylinder piston rod from falling. When the piston rod is a retracted state the shaft pin, driven by the resilience, ylides into the groove at the end of the pistonrod. Now of air supply is cut off the piston rod will not fall by itself thanks to the shaft pin locking device, there by effectively preventing the ramming head yetting into electrolyte when power / compressed air supply is off. aremodified types of QG-1/QG-2/QG-5/QG-6, the valves being changed to 2 position 5 way shut type directional valves(K25JK-15) better suited to the actual operation practice in aluminum industry. 2-108
