Maintenance<br />
1. Make the fuild clean pure, regular check and change, system filter is necessary.<br />
2. There is no air exhaust device on the cylinder self, pls set up the necessary air exhaust device is the system to avoid any possible working<br />
problem.<br />
3. Prepare some seals for change the wear out one.<br />
4. Keep loading on the same line as the piston rod. if the strock is too long, please install the guider or suppore device.<br />
5. Make cylinder action several times every six month if it not working for long time.<br />
6. Fluid temperature:-20~+80℃.<br />
7. Piston rod speed at 7.2m/min<br />
8. The fluid's viscocity should be: 2.0~32mm 2 /s<br />
Note:<br />
1. Speed rate j is the pitson's effective sectional area compare with piston rod's.<br />
2. Mark D means j=1.7<br />
3. Max stroke when j=1.46, S=10D, j=2, S=12D (S: stroke, D: dia)<br />
