2) The Faculty’s Graduate Coordinator is to present the completed form to the Faculty’s Graduate Committee for endorsement during
the Graduate Studies Exam. meeting of the Faculty held at the end of each semester.
3) The Faculty’s Graduate Coordinator is to submit the endorsed form to the Dean of IGS immediately after the meeting for record-keeping.
4) The Faculty Dean is responsible for informing the student of his research progress.
