Summary <strong>Description</strong><br />
Assists the dealership by greeting customers, answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking<br />
messages for all dealership personnel, working as a liaison between HOG Chapter and<br />
dealership, and preparing appropriate items for the Café. Gives directions and assists customers<br />
with questions or requests for information Assists office staff by typing letters, and filing records.<br />

Major Duties and Responsibilities<br />
1) <strong>Customer</strong> <strong>Service</strong><br />
• Provide courteous, prompt and accurate telephone answering service for all dealership<br />
personnel.<br />
• Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously. Welcome customers to the<br />
dealership and provide assistance to them providing information, recording messages or<br />
forwarding calls.<br />
• Greet internal and external customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.<br />
2) Information<br />
• Be knowledgeable about all dealership events, activities and programs<br />
• Act as a liaison between HOG Chapter and dealership.<br />
• Provide high quality assistance to personnel to ensure a smooth running and productive<br />
environment.<br />
• Provide high quality assistance and clerical support to departmental managers in regards<br />
to recording, filing, etc.<br />
• Prepare letters, reports, and other correspondence.<br />
3) Café Operations<br />
• Ensure appropriate inventory of items needed for operation<br />
4) Other Duties<br />
• As assigned.<br />

• Usually indoors, however outdoor work is required when outdoor events are scheduled.<br />
