What happened to these TMs on Valentine’s Day TM Karthik Keyan When he proposed the first time on Valentine’s Day with such a shy & nervous voice hiding behind a restaurant menu, his wife answered ‘two idli, one vada’ TM Rayyan Not a big fan of Valentine’s Day, in college, he was taken by surprise with another fellow student who unfortunately was not his type and scared him away. TM Leo D’Souza TM Leo was such a Casanova (many girlfriends) that he had to propose 3 times to his wife on Valentine’s Day before she finally accepted. He got married on Valentine’s Day and his son is also born on Valentine’s Day. TM Chandrashekar As our President said Valentines is the 2nd largest festival after Christmas. As the 5 mn break was over, we couldn’t hear the end:) Mock Evaluation Contestants TM Hanif TM Sashi TM Sonali TM Aravind The evaluator found the speech fantastic with a message. TM Hanif recommended to add humor, more voice modulation and work on the usage of the stage. The evaluator enjoyed the speech and the value he got out of it. The evaluator said the speech was mindblowing and removed all the misconceptions he may have had about foreign e d u c a t i o n . O n e recommendation from TM Sashi was on the body language. Communication is an art and a skill is how TM Sonali started. The evaluator was i m p r e s s e d b y t h e perfect analogy. The evaluator appreciated the language, diction and content of the speec h. TM Sonali recommended to add personal stories and work on body movement. TM Aravind congratulated the speaker on opening our eyes about foreign and for being a confident speaker. The evaluator analyzed the value, structure & delivery of the speech. TM Aravind mentioned it was an high value speech however suggested to the speaker to differentiate between facts and opinions, add stories & dramatize. 2 3
