T H E M A T E R I A L S .
Selection of individual fabrics and trims is what sets Black
Sheep Cycling apart. We have got the very best.
Light Asteroid. Our base fabric from Italy that is used throughout
the jersey. One of the lightest warp knit fabrics available
that still keep you covered, combined with superior breathability
and perspiration management.
OpenCell Mesh. Strategically used in the side panels of the
jersey. Provides even more ventilation and comfort.
Core Power. Italian made warp-knit fabric used in the bib that
has been chosen for it’s supreme abrasion resistance. For
those wanting to geek out, we have recorded over 50, 000
cycles on Martindale.
Power Cuff. The Power Cuff provides a specific amount of compression
around the thigh to maintain fit and performance.
BS High-Density Foam Pad with Perineum Support. Probably the
most important part of any kit. Our pad is the epitome of comfort
and performance. A high-density foam construction (90kg)
with perforation channels ensure a comfortable ride of 5 hours
or more. We have also added Perineum Support for those riders
spending time down in the drops or on the bars.
Reflective Pocket Trim. It’s minimal. It’s discrete. And it keeps
you visible and safe.

T H E C O N S T R U C T I O N .
The quality of the materials used is only as good as the quality
of the construction used to put the garment together. We have
made no compromises. This is riding, like you have never
known.
Form Fitting. Contoured paneling and tight lines for ultimate in
aerodynamics and comfort. These jerseys are snug, tight, the
proest of pro. Whatever you want to call it. If you are after a
baggy jersey, unfortunately you will have to look somewhere
else.
Laser Cut Paneling. Every panel of fabric used has been laser
cut to give the cleanest of lines and the most consistent of fit.
Flat lock Stitching. Our method of stitch that reduces abrasion
against skin and provides the ultimate strength to the garment.
Full-length Zipper. Because nothing else would be sufficient.
Elasticized gripper on hem. Keeps your jersey in place, keeps
your fit pro.

S P O T T E D J A C O B .
The Spotted Jacob is hipster without the opinionated lectures or
gluten-free hash tag. The black base with subtle yet definite teal
polkadots is progressive, clean and classy. If you want something
that makes you feel cool and not part of the crowd, yet
doesn’t leave you feeling exposed and vulnerable, the Spotted
Jacob may well be your pick. In the sheep world, the Spotted
Jacob is one of the oldest breeds and is known for it’s impressive
horns and unusual coloration. And you think we are
making this up.

B L U E C O R M O .
The Blue Cormo is all about style and sophistication. The prominence
of navy blues with white trim emphasize that you are
here to do business, regardless of the pain or pleasure about to
take place on two wheels. The Blue Cormo is named after a Tasmanian
sheep breed that is selected for it’s exceptional characteristics.
The Cormo’s fiber weight and body make it one of Australia’s
most popular wools.
