2011 NEWBERRY WOLVES GAME NOTES GAME SEVEN • TUSCULUM • Oct. 22
ONE IF BY LAND... SEVEN IF BY AIR
• Newberry quarterback Bryan Ehrlich became the sixth quarterback in Newberry history
to throw four touchdown passes in a single game with his four touchdown strikes
in the win against Livingstone.
• Ehrlich repeated the feat in the loss at Samford on Sept. 16, as well as the Bishops
Trophy victory over Lenoir-Rhyne on Oct. 2.
• Ehrlich set the school record for touchdown passes in a game with seven TD completions
at Tusculum. That is also a new record for the South Atlantic Conference.
• Ehrlich threw for three touchdowns in the first quarter against Livingstone, which
ties him with Josh Stepp for a school record for touchdown passes in a quarter, as Stepp
threw three TD strikes in the third quarter of the playoff win over Albany State in 2006
