APPLICATION FOR MOBILITY GRANT<br />

<strong>2010</strong>/<strong>2011</strong><br />

To ensure your <strong>application</strong> is examined un<strong>de</strong>r the best possible conditions, it must be carefully completed and <strong>for</strong>war<strong>de</strong>d to the<br />

service <strong>de</strong>s bourses, 9 rue <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Chaise 75337 Paris ce<strong>de</strong>x 07, accompanied by all the documents listed, no <strong>la</strong>ter than 12<br />

midday on Wednesday 3 February <strong>2010</strong> <strong>for</strong> study abroad programmes. For internships, the cut-off date is 12 midday on<br />

Wednesday 5 May <strong>2010</strong>.<br />

We draw your attention to the fact that if the in<strong>for</strong>mation or documents requested are not supplied, no remin<strong>de</strong>r will be issued to<br />

the stu<strong>de</strong>nt concerned and no further action will be taken; neither will any further action be taken <strong>for</strong> <strong>application</strong>s han<strong>de</strong>d in after<br />

the cut-off date.<br />

Remin<strong>de</strong>r: No payment can be ma<strong>de</strong> if you have not completed your 2009-<strong>2010</strong> administrative registration.<br />

Documents that must be enclosed with your <strong>application</strong><br />

• For all stu<strong>de</strong>nts:<br />

o For French stu<strong>de</strong>nts: photocopy of the tax assessment <strong>for</strong> both parents (2008)<br />

o For European and non-European stu<strong>de</strong>nts: you must enclose a French trans<strong>la</strong>tion of the documents supplied, with the<br />

figures converted into euros<br />

o A letter setting out your situation and supporting your request <strong>for</strong> financial assistance<br />

o A copy of the internship contract corresponding to the period abroad and an attestation mentioning any remuneration to be<br />

paid by the host entity<br />

o A R.I.B (bank account <strong>de</strong>tails) from a French bank in the stu<strong>de</strong>nt's name<br />

• For stu<strong>de</strong>nts in receipt of a CROUS bursary on social criteria:<br />

o As well as the 2008 tax assessment: a copy of the CROUS 2009-<strong>2010</strong> notification (if not already <strong>for</strong>war<strong>de</strong>d to the bursaries<br />

service).<br />

• For stu<strong>de</strong>nts whose family situation has changed since 2008:<br />
