STAND UP
Model description
Design: Georg Appeltshauser.
Framework: Body with foamed-in metal structure,
comfort foam insert, and soft foam cover. Visible metal
parts in pearl gloss chrome-plated finish, optionally
bright chrome-plated finish or lacquered in RAL colors.
Mechanics/operation: Smooth-running mechanics
specifically developed for this armchair. The chair can
be electrically tilted backwards and the footrest extended
to approximately 106 cm allowing the seating to be
comfortably positioned for each person. Not only that
but the seat height can be individually adjusted within a
9 cm area when in the normal seating position and, if
you like, can raise itself up to 60 cm with a slight forward
angle to assist you in getting into and getting out
of the chair. Separate adjustment of foot section and
tilt/height by means of two 24 volt motors. Foot section
and armchair can remain in any desired position independent
of each other.
Motors: Two direct-current linear motors with 24 volt.
Power: Standard version with power supply. Special
version with rechargeable battery and external battery
charger. The rechargeable battery is integrated under
the seat of the chair.
Operation: Switch is integrated in the side frame and
out of sight. Standard version is for right-handed persons,
by request for left-handed persons, or with
remote control with coiled cable.
Upholstery: Seat and foot section: Multi-layer foam
construction with comfort layer and upholstery padding. Back has
additional comfort padding and incorporated lumbar support.
Armrest
features additional soft padding for extra comfort.
Cover processing: Body is tightly covered on the outside. Seat
and back are finished with comfort in mind. Wrinkle formation is
possible. The covers are not removable.
Neck cushion: The loose neck cushion (FM-0135/97) is laid
across the back and held in place by means of counterweight.
Seating comfort: Ergonomically designed seat and back profile
with additional soft padding. Excellent foot section length of
approx. 106 cm.
Round base: Double-shell steel structure with closed plate at the
bottom. The shell above is surface-coated. The armchair rotates
360° on its own axis thanks to maintenance-free mechanical
bearings. The turning circle of the version with power supply is
limited to 330°.
Gliders: Carpet gliders as well as parquet flooring gliders for the
round base are included for on-site mounting. Power supply/connections:
With European flat plug, 230 volt, upon request export
version as per arrangement.
Safety: The foot section is designed for use as a footrest and has
a maximum weight capacity of 30 kg. The armchair is designed
for a maximum weight capacity of 120 kg.
Check whether the customer can connect the charger to the
lower side of the chair by its own or a version with power
pack is required.
