D. Revisions<br />
(1) Revisions to the GHSH are issued for the whole manual.<br />
(2) A list of effective pages is provided for the whole manual. The pages that<br />
are revised, added, or deleted by the current revision will be identified on<br />
the list of effective pages by an asterisk.<br />
(3) When texts or art in illustrations are revised, a black bar will appear in the<br />
page left-side margin, beside the revised, added, or deleted material. For<br />
PDF files, a bar beside the page number or the section title and the printing<br />
date indicates that neither the text nor the illustration has been<br />
changed, but the material has been relocated to a different page or a<br />
totally new page has been added.<br />

The GHSH procedures may refer to a zone to give the references necessary<br />
for the identification of the service areas or components. The figure 2<br />
illustrates the zones location.<br />
