Mr ONG See Boon, Malaysian, aged 61, joined the Group in 1997. He is a<br />

member <strong>of</strong> the Group Executive Committee and the Hong Kong Executive<br />

Committee. He is also the Hong Kong Group Editorial Director and Special<br />

Assistant to the Group Executive Chairman. He holds directorships in various<br />

subsidiaries <strong>of</strong> the Company. Mr ONG, who started his career as a journalist<br />

in Sin Chew, has over 36 years <strong>of</strong> experience in the newspaper industry in<br />

Hong Kong and Malaysia. Before joining the Company, he held various key<br />

positions and directorships in companies <strong>of</strong> the Rimbunan Hijau Group in<br />

Mainland China.<br />

Mr NG Kait Leong, Malaysian, aged 59, joined the Group in 2007. He is an<br />

executive director <strong>of</strong> Nanyang, and is a member <strong>of</strong> the Malaysian Executive<br />

Committee. He graduated from London College <strong>of</strong> Printing, United Kingdom<br />

and later obtained his Advance Certificate in Graphic Reproduction from City<br />

& Guilds <strong>of</strong> London Institute, United Kingdom. He was the Production<br />

Manager <strong>of</strong> Nanyang from 1974 to 1983, was promoted to the position <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>Senior</strong> Production Manager in 1983 and became the General Manager<br />

(Production) from 1986 to 1989. He joined Sin Chew as Technical and Project<br />

Consultant in 1990, joined MAN Roland Asia Pacific as Regional Technical<br />

Director in 1993 and re-joined Sin Chew as Group Technical and Project<br />

Consultant from 2002 to 2006.<br />

Ms CHAN May May, Malaysian, aged 45, joined the Group in 2005. She is<br />

the General Manager <strong>of</strong> Group Project Operations. She is also a member <strong>of</strong><br />

the Malaysian Executive Committee. She initially took up the position as Head<br />

<strong>of</strong> Legal & Corporate Services and subsequently moved into operations. She<br />

has extensive experience in corporate finance, investor relations, group<br />

compliance and corporate communication. She obtained her law degree LL.B<br />

(Hons) from University Malaya and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1991.<br />

She has practised in the following areas, i.e litigation, conveyancing, banking,<br />

corporate and capital markets. She retired as a partner <strong>of</strong> Messrs Zaid<br />

Ibrahim & Co in March 2005.<br />

Mr WEE Tee Fatt, Malaysian, aged 51, joined the Group in 1993. He is<br />

currently the Chief Financial Officer <strong>of</strong> Nanyang and member <strong>of</strong> the Malaysian<br />

Executive Committee. He obtained his Diploma in Commerce from Tunku<br />

Abdul Rahman College, Malaysia in 1986. Mr Wee obtained his Master <strong>of</strong><br />

Science in Investment Analysis from University <strong>of</strong> Stirling, United Kingdom. He<br />

is a Chartered Accountant <strong>of</strong> the Malaysian Institute <strong>of</strong> Accountants and has<br />

obtained his accounting training in United Kingdom. Prior to joining the Group,<br />

he was a financial analyst in a leading property company and an investment<br />

analyst in a fund management company. Mr Wee has extensive experience in<br />

corporate finance, investment management, accounting and taxation.<br />

Mr CHEUNG Kin Bor, <strong>Chinese</strong>, aged 57, joined the Group in 1986. He is the<br />

Editorial Director <strong>of</strong> Ming Pao Daily News. He is also a member <strong>of</strong> the Hong<br />

Kong Executive Committee and a director <strong>of</strong> Ming Pao Newspapers <strong>Limited</strong><br />

and Mingpao.com <strong>Limited</strong>. Mr CHEUNG graduated from the <strong>Chinese</strong><br />

University <strong>of</strong> Hong Kong with a Bachelor <strong>of</strong> Business Administration Degree<br />

and has over 34 years <strong>of</strong> publishing and editorial experience in Hong Kong.<br />

Before joining the Group, he had worked with Hong Kong Economic Journal<br />

Monthly and Hong Kong Economic Journal. He was the Chairperson <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Hong Kong News Executives Association in 2000.<br />

Mr Keith KAM Woon Ting, <strong>Chinese</strong>, aged 55, joined the Group in 1995. He<br />

is the Chief Operating Officer <strong>of</strong> Ming Pao Holdings <strong>Limited</strong>, Mingpao.com<br />

<strong>Limited</strong> and Yazhou Zhoukan <strong>Limited</strong>. He is also a member <strong>of</strong> the Hong Kong<br />

Executive Committee. Mr KAM has been in the media and newspaper<br />

industry since 1976. Prior to joining the Group, he had held various positions<br />

in advertising and marketing firms as well as a newspaper publishing<br />

company, namely, Express News <strong>Limited</strong>. Mr KAM has extensive managerial<br />

experience in publishing, advertising and distribution <strong>of</strong> newspapers and<br />

media products. He has been the Chairman <strong>of</strong> The Newspaper Society <strong>of</strong><br />

Hong Kong since 2007.<br />

Mr LAM Pak Cheong, <strong>Chinese</strong>, aged 43, joined the Group in 2000. He is the<br />

Head <strong>of</strong> Finance and a member <strong>of</strong> the Hong Kong Executive Committee. He is<br />

also an executive director and the Chief Executive Officer <strong>of</strong> OMG. Mr LAM<br />

has extensive experience in corporate development, financial management,<br />

mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and investor relations. He is<br />

an Associate <strong>of</strong> the Hong Kong Institute <strong>of</strong> Chartered Secretaries and the<br />

Institute <strong>of</strong> Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Mr LAM obtained his<br />

Master <strong>of</strong> Business Administration in Financial Services jointly from the<br />

University <strong>of</strong> Manchester and the University <strong>of</strong> Wales, Bangor in the United<br />

Kingdom and Master <strong>of</strong> Corporate Governance from the Hong Kong<br />

Polytechnic University.<br />

Mr LAU Chun To, Kevin, <strong>Chinese</strong>, aged 47, joined the Group in 1995. He is<br />

a member <strong>of</strong> the Hong Kong Executive Committee. He is also the Chief Editor<br />

<strong>of</strong> Ming Pao Daily News and a director <strong>of</strong> Ming Pao Newspapers <strong>Limited</strong> and<br />

Mingpao.com <strong>Limited</strong>. He has over 22 years <strong>of</strong> experience in newspaper<br />

journalism and editorial in Hong Kong. He began his journalistic career in 1989<br />

working for a financial daily newspaper as political news reporter and column<br />

writer. He graduated from the Law Faculty <strong>of</strong> the University <strong>of</strong> Hong Kong<br />

with a law degree (LL.B) and a pr<strong>of</strong>essional certificate <strong>of</strong> legal practice (P.<br />

C.LL.). He later obtained his Master <strong>of</strong> Law Degree from the London School <strong>of</strong><br />

Economics and Political Science.<br />
