Table 4 shows program results in terms of the number of projects and the total amount financed to<br />
date. However, the total amounts financed are not easily compared between programs because some<br />
programs have operated much longer than others. Figure 2 adjusts for this disparity by dividing the total<br />
amount each program has financed by the number of years the program has been in operation. Figure 3<br />
