Fogarty Foundation Operations
The Fogarty Foundation was born from the vision of entrepreneurs. With an underpinning
philosophy of advancing social change through education, the Foundation applies
entrepreneurial and business principles to its activities and programs.
Financial investment is only one means of assistance; we believe we can also contribute by
encouraging others to join in the spirit of philanthropy and share our knowledge and connections.
To assist in achieving the ripple effect, the Foundation has developed a diverse portfolio that
uses our resources and networks in the best way. Each at different stages of development,
there are five aspects of our portfolio, which is reflected in the five rings of the logo.
The Fogarty Partnerships in
Education portfolio refers
to the Foundation’s long
term partnerships with
Western Australian tertiary
education institutions.
Fogarty Initiatives leverage
the Foundation’s ability to
proactively identify a community
need and use the Foundation’s
knowledge and experience to
establish a new program.
Through Fogarty Ventures,
the Foundation provides
organisations with investment
and entrepreneurial services,
with the aim of supporting
projects that align with the
Foundation’s objectives,
philosophy and direction.
Fogarty Giving enables the
Foundation to establish
relationships with organisations
that may evolve into Fogarty
Venture partnerships in the future.
Fogarty Connect offers
an opportunity for the
Foundation to share and
leverage knowledge with other
likeminded organisations.
