realisation, it is a relaxing, regenerating course run by<br />

various experts, in which the individual can learn about<br />

factors influencing his or her own health, become<br />

conscious about methods for reversing possibly existing<br />

health damaging processes, acquire <strong>and</strong> practise the<br />

physical-mental-spiritual skills helping to maintain<br />
