<strong>Frank</strong> <strong>Agostino</strong>, <strong>Esq</strong>.<br />

<strong>Frank</strong> <strong>Agostino</strong>, <strong>Esq</strong>. <strong>is</strong> the President of <strong>Agostino</strong> & Associates, PC, a tax firm in Hackensack, New<br />

Jersey. He received h<strong>is</strong> LLM in Taxation from New York University, h<strong>is</strong> <strong>Esq</strong>. from New York Law School,<br />

and h<strong>is</strong> BA from the City College of New York. <strong>Agostino</strong> concentrates h<strong>is</strong> practice in criminal and civil<br />

tax matters before federal and state taxing authorities. He was an attorney with the IRS D<strong>is</strong>trict<br />

Counsel Office and also served as a Special Ass<strong>is</strong>tant United States Attorney, concentrating in criminal<br />

tax prosecution. <strong>Agostino</strong> <strong>is</strong> a frequent lecturer on tax controversy and litigation matters. <strong>Agostino</strong> <strong>is</strong> a<br />

C. Dale Boushley, EA<br />

C. Dale Boushley, EA has been in the income tax and financial planning business since 1976. He and h<strong>is</strong><br />

wife, Sharon, own Financial Resource Management, Inc. which provides income tax preparation and<br />

planning services to over 500 clients. He graduated from the College of Financial Planning in 1988 and<br />

earned the certified financial planner (CFP) designation. Boushley also provides financial planning and<br />

asset management. He <strong>is</strong> a Tax Preparation Issues instructor.<br />

LG Brooks, EA<br />

LG Brooks, EA <strong>is</strong> a senior consultant at The Tax Practice, Inc. in Dallas, Texas, a representation firm. He<br />

has been in the field of taxation for more than twenty-five years and has been in practice full-time<br />

since 1990. Brooks’ areas of practice include tax representation, tax consulting, tax preparation and<br />

pre-Tax Court litigation support services. Brooks received a BA from B<strong>is</strong>hop College in Dallas. A popular<br />

speaker, he presents to numerous tax and accounting societies and has addressed attendees at several<br />

annual IRS Tax Forums. Brooks <strong>is</strong> an NTPI Fellow and teaches in the NTPI Level 1, Level 3 and the<br />

Graduate Level in Representation tracks.<br />

Catherine Clow, EA<br />

Catherine Clow, EA <strong>is</strong> an NTPI Fellow, class of 2000. Clow has served as the NTPI Planning Committee<br />

Chair since 2011, and <strong>is</strong> a past Chair of the NAEA Education Committee. She serves on the board of the<br />

Best in the West Education Foundation. Clow has been a Level 2 instructor and d<strong>is</strong>cussion leader for<br />

the past eleven years. Her practice in Grass Valley, California specializes in individual and business tax<br />

preparation and representation.<br />

Marc Dombrowski, EA<br />

Marc Dombrowski, EA has specialized in representation since 1994. He <strong>is</strong> vice-president of Tax Help<br />

Associates, Inc., a Buffalo, New York firm that focuses on collection <strong>is</strong>sues. Dombrowski’s extensive<br />

experience as an instructor includes a variety of collection representation courses at NAEA chapter and<br />

state meetings and he has taught for IRS on e-Services. He <strong>is</strong> a well-known speaker and author for<br />

popular industry publications including EA Journal. H<strong>is</strong> recognized expert<strong>is</strong>e has allowed him to<br />

become a contributor for CNBC Money Talk. He <strong>is</strong> a proud NTPI Fellow and <strong>is</strong> a Level 2 instructor.<br />

Eric Green, JD<br />

Eric L. Green, JD has a practice focusing on taxpayer representation before the IRS, probate matters<br />

and estate planning for individuals and business owners, and tax planning for closely held businesses.<br />

He <strong>is</strong> a frequent lecturer on tax topics, including criminal and civil tax controversy matters, estate<br />

planning, and business planning. He has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Connecticut,<br />

School of Law. Green <strong>is</strong> a Level 3 and Grad instructor.<br />

Bert Hartmann, EA<br />

Robert (Bert) Hartmann, EA <strong>is</strong> a proud member of NAEA and a founding member of the Northern<br />

Nevada Society of Enrolled Agents. He serves as president of the Best in the West Education<br />

Foundation. Hartmann firmly believes that h<strong>is</strong> NTPI education provided him the necessary tools to<br />

become a better representative for h<strong>is</strong> clientele. Hartmann <strong>is</strong> an NTPI Fellow and has served as an NTPI<br />

instructor for eight years. Hartmann <strong>is</strong> a Level 1 and Level 2 instructor.<br />

Claudia Hill, EA<br />

Claudia Hill, EA, MBA <strong>is</strong> a nationally recognized tax professional and frequent lecturer on taxation of<br />

individuals, tax planning, and representation before IRS, including at IRS Tax Forums. She <strong>is</strong> editor-inchief<br />

of the CCH, Inc., Journal of Tax Practice and Procedure. Hill has testified before both the Senate<br />

Finance Committee and House Ways and Means Committee. Hill served on the 1987 Comm<strong>is</strong>sioner’s<br />

Adv<strong>is</strong>ory Group to the National Office of the Internal Revenue Service. She <strong>is</strong> often called upon by the<br />

media for comments about tax <strong>is</strong>sues. Hill was recently named a Top Ten Nominee by Tax Analysts for<br />

2011 Person of the Year. She <strong>is</strong> an NTPI Fellow, Level 1 and Graduate Level in Representation<br />

instructor.<br />

Amy King, EA<br />

Amy L. King, EA become an enrolled agent in 2004, and opened King Tax Service LLP in Enumclaw,<br />

Washington. Currently her firm prepares over 750 individual tax returns and works over fifty audit<br />

cases a year. King served as a director for the Washington State Society of Enrolled Agents for four<br />

years. When not immersed in tax <strong>is</strong>sues, she enjoys the company of her best friend and husband Joe,<br />

and their three grown children. She <strong>is</strong> a proud NTPI Fellow and a Level 2 instructor.<br />

Howard Levy, JD<br />

Howard Levy, JD <strong>is</strong> a former IRS trial attorney and <strong>is</strong> currently a partner in the Cincinnati law firm of<br />

Voorhees and Levy, LLC. For twenty years, h<strong>is</strong> practice has concentrated on IRS tax controversies, with<br />

emphas<strong>is</strong> on representation before the Collection Div<strong>is</strong>ion and the use of bankruptcy to resolve IRS<br />

problems. Levy has a degree in finance from Ohio State University and a Master of Law degree in<br />

taxation from Boston University. He frequently presents to EAs and has authored numerous articles on<br />

IRS for professional journals. Levy <strong>is</strong> an NTPI Level 3 instructor.<br />

Jennifer MacMillan, EA<br />

Jennifer MacMillan, EA has been an enrolled agent since 1994 and owns a practice in Santa Barbara,<br />

California, specializing in income tax preparation and tax representation services. She <strong>is</strong> an instructor<br />

for NAEA, CSEA, and Spidell Publ<strong>is</strong>hing, and writes on a variety of topics including ethics,<br />

representation, technical tax <strong>is</strong>sues, and practice development. MacMillan has also provided tax<br />

expert<strong>is</strong>e as a panel<strong>is</strong>t on NBC's Today Show and IRS' Tax Talk Today. MacMillan <strong>is</strong> an NTPI Fellow and a<br />

Tax Preparation Issues instructor.<br />

Robert McKenzie, EA, JD<br />

Robert E. McKenzie, EA, JD <strong>is</strong> a partner of the law firm of Arnstein & Lehr LLP of Chicago, concentrating<br />

h<strong>is</strong> practice in representation before the IRS and state tax agencies. He has made numerous media<br />

appearances, including “Dateline NBC” and “ABC’s Nightly News.” McKenzie was employed by the IRS<br />

Collection Div<strong>is</strong>ion, Chicago and currently serves as a member of IRS Adv<strong>is</strong>ory Council, which <strong>is</strong> a group<br />

appointed by the IRS Comm<strong>is</strong>sioner. He <strong>is</strong> the author of several publications. McKenzie received h<strong>is</strong> JD<br />

with High Honors from the Illino<strong>is</strong> Institute of Technology, Chicago Kent College of Law. He <strong>is</strong> a Level 1<br />

and Graduate Level in Representation instructor.<br />

David Miles, EA<br />

David F. Miles, EA <strong>is</strong> a consultant with 20/20 Tax Resolution, Inc. with over 15 years of tax resolution<br />

experience. Miles works nationally as a taxpayer representative focusing on state and IRS collections.<br />

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Vermont. Miles <strong>is</strong> an active<br />

educator of other tax practitioners in the Greater Denver area and <strong>is</strong> regularly publ<strong>is</strong>hed in the EA<br />

Journal, most recently in the July/August 2012 edition. He has been interviewed on tax topics for<br />

various news articles as well as telev<strong>is</strong>ion, and was a panel<strong>is</strong>t on Tax Talk Today in November of 2012.<br />

Vicki Mulak, EA<br />

Vicki Mulak, EA, CFP <strong>is</strong> a well-known tax law update and business entity presenter for numerous<br />

organizations. She <strong>is</strong> editor of PPC’s Accounting QuickFinder and recipient of NAEA’s “Bill Payne<br />

Advocacy Award” and the SBA’s “Accountant Advocate of the Year” award. She serves on California’s<br />

FTB and EDD adv<strong>is</strong>ory committees and testifies on California leg<strong>is</strong>lation. Her Tustin, CA practice<br />

specializes in small business and employment tax law. Mulak <strong>is</strong> a Tax Preparation Issues instructor.<br />

Alice Orzechowski, EA, CPA<br />

Alice Orzechowski, EA, CPA <strong>is</strong> a frequent speaker on tax topics. She <strong>is</strong> also the author of numerous<br />

articles and textbooks for tax professionals. Her practice in Frederick, Maryland specializes in taxes for<br />

individuals, small businesses, and estates and trusts. Orzechowski <strong>is</strong> an instructor for Tax Preparation<br />

Alan Pinck, EA<br />

Alan Pinck, EA <strong>is</strong> currently the NAEA Education Committee Chair and has previously held board<br />

positions including president for the M<strong>is</strong>sion Society of Enrolled Agents. He taught for CSEA Super<br />

Seminar and teaches a Part 2 SEE preparation class. H<strong>is</strong> practice in the San Franc<strong>is</strong>co Bay Area<br />

Steven Potts, EA, USTCP, JD<br />

Steven Potts, EA, USTCP, JD <strong>is</strong> a NTPI Fellow, class of 2011. He began h<strong>is</strong> tax career doing tax research<br />

for Purex Industries and has been in private practice for thirty-five years. H<strong>is</strong> practice in Fullerton, CA<br />

specializes in individual and business tax preparation and representation in front of federal and state<br />

tax agencies and tax courts. Potts <strong>is</strong> a Level 1 instructor.<br />

Don Rosenberg, EA<br />

Don Rosenberg, EA <strong>is</strong> a sole practitioner representing taxpayers before IRS and state authorities.<br />

Rosenberg received h<strong>is</strong> BS from Lehman College, the City University of New York and a MA in Political<br />

Economy from the New School for Social Research. Currently, he <strong>is</strong> an adjunct instructor at Hostos<br />

investigations. He has handled cases before Tax Court, US D<strong>is</strong>trict Court, and Federal Courts of Appeal.<br />

Sheppard ranks among the most prolific tax writers in the country, publ<strong>is</strong>hing over seventy articles in<br />

top law reviews and tax journals. Sheppard <strong>is</strong> a Graduate Level in Representation instructor.<br />

Theodore A. Sinars, JD<br />

Theodore A. Sinars, JD <strong>is</strong> a partner in the Chicago tax law firm of Madden, Jiganti, Moore and Sinars<br />

LLP. For over forty years, he has concentrated in the areas of IRS civil and criminal taxation, procedure<br />

and litigation. Sinars <strong>is</strong> an Adjunct Professor of Law, Master’s Tax Program, DePaul University Graduate<br />

School of Law. He <strong>is</strong> a frequent speaker and author on tax matters for many professional organizations.<br />

He has been a guest speaker for IRS at its agent training programs and has testified before Congress on<br />

Ben Tallman, EA <strong>is</strong> a tax practitioner from Atlanta, Georgia. He has taught for NAEA, NATP, CSEA, GAEA,<br />

AWSCPA, and ROKA Wealth Tax Seminars. Tallman has served as an NAEA Education Foundation<br />

Trustee, IRS Regional Lia<strong>is</strong>on Committee Member, and Educational Director for GAEA. He also writes<br />

tax articles for national publication and <strong>is</strong> a NTPI Fellow. Ben’s tax practice spans thirty-five years.<br />

Sherrill (Gregory) Trovato, EA, USTCP<br />

Sherrill Trovato, EA, USTCP, MST, MBA has a Southern California firm specializing in tax prep and<br />

controversy representation. She has authored articles in CCH’s Journal of Tax Practice and Procedure<br />

and NAEA’s EA Journal. Trovato developed and teaches “Preparing to Practice before the US Tax Court”<br />

to tax practitioners who report an impressive pass rate on the Tax Court exam. She <strong>is</strong> a past NAEA<br />

president, NTPI Fellow and a regular instructor for the NAEA National Conference. She was recently<br />

appointed to IRSAC. Trovato teaches in the NTPI Levels 1, 3 and Graduate Level in Representation<br />

Linda Wegge, EA<br />

Linda Wegge, EA has been practicing in the tax and accounting field for thirty years and has been an<br />

enrolled agent since 1996. Wegge specializes in representation, tax preparation and accounting in the<br />
