Sixty years after <strong>Conrad</strong> <strong>Hilton</strong> founded the first <strong>Hilton</strong> Hotel in Texas, his son launched <strong>Conrad</strong><br />

restaurant, located 16-feet below the sea. 2010 marks the restaurant’s fifth anniversary and to<br />
celebrate, guests may now book Ithaa as an underwater suite during their stay at the resort.<br />
