Conrad ShanghaiThe striking Conrad Shanghai will be located in theheart of the vibrant Xintiandi district. The hotel's ultracontemporarydesign has been inspired by traditionalChinese motifs and will feature 362 stylish guest rooms,a chic urban spa, state-of-the-art meeting facilities andtwo standalone annexes housing innovative food andbeverage and recreational facilities.The upmarket Xintiandi district is part of an urbanrevitalisation project comprising trendy boutiques,restaurants and shops in the heart of the city centre ofShanghai, Puxi. Xintiandi also features commercial andresidential properties.Conrad Shanghai is scheduled for completion in 2008.Conrad Abu DhabiDue to open in the fourth quarter of 2009,Conrad Abu Dhabi will mark the luxurybrand’s entry into the U.A.E capital.Located on the Abu Dhabi Corniche and cladin curved glass, the striking hotel will openwith 380 guest rooms, each occupying aminimum floor space of 50 square metres, inaddition to 80 serviced apartments situatedaround a private lagoon.The hotel will offer an exciting and truly exceptional range of restaurant conceptsand meeting rooms, in addition to its luxurious Spa, health club and privatebeach. Car parking for 1,800 vehicles will also be provided.Conrad DubaiConrad Dubai, located on Sheikh Zayed Road in theheart of the United Arab Emirates' most opulent city, willnot disappoint Dubai's luxury-savvy visitors.The hotel will consist of 350 guest rooms, suites andresidences. Conrad Koh SamuiThis resort will set new standards forspa resorts on the ever-popularisland of Koh Samui. It will also offerguests a new location in which toexperience the "luxury of beingyourself".Comprising 79 villas and 39 ConradResidential villas, Conrad KohSamui Resort and Spa will belocated on a secluded hill,overlooking Aow Thai Beach at theSouth West tip of the island.
