Dr. Lahmers declared the board out of executive session at 10:10<br />
Dr. Gitz moved to accept the report of the hearing examiner in the<br />
case of 02-03-105, George Uhrman, DVM, and modify the<br />
recommendation to a 60 day suspension with 46 days suspended to be<br />
served within 30 days from order, $500 fine and costs of hearing. Dr.<br />
Small seconded the motion. The motion passed by the following roll call<br />
vote: Dr. Gitz- aye; Dr. Small- aye; Dr. Foster- aye; Mrs. Buck- aye.<br />
Mrs. Buck moved to accept the report of the hearing examiner in<br />
the case of 03-03-070, Ronald Budz, DVM, and modify the<br />
recommendation to a 30 day suspension with 15 days suspended to be<br />
served by May 1, 2004, $250 fine and costs of hearing. Dr. Gitz seconded<br />
