Please find attached a copy of the programme for the UK leg of the Spanish Exchange.
Please do have a look at the programme ahead of your guest’s arrival and let me know if
you foresee any problems. You will note from the programme that the party is
scheduled to arrive at Liverpool J ohn Lennon Airport at 12.40 on Saturday 24 th
November (flight 7204 from Barcelona), and I would be most grateful if you could collect
your son/daughter’s exchange partner from there at that time.
Please note that during the week of the Exchange, the Spanish party will be on
excursions out of School and your guest will therefore require a packed lunch from
Tuesday to Friday. It would also be most helpful if you could provide a packed lunch on
Monday 3 rd December, the day when the group makes its onward journey to London.
I should also point out that our Friday evening activities are open to all partners, not
just the Spanish pupils.
I will meet with your son/daughter next week and will provide him/her with two hard
copies of the attached: one for his/her blazer pocket and the other for your fridge door.
Magnet not provided! There will also be a copy posted in the For Parents section of the
website.
