EXTRA CHRISTMAS GARBAGE & RECYCLING COLLECTION<br />
<strong>Council</strong> will provide an extra garbage & recycling collection during the<br />
Christmas and New Year period. This will provide a collection on 3<br />
consecutive weeks over the Christmas period.<br />
PLEASE NOTE Blackwood Creek, Bishopsbourne, Cressy, rural and<br />
Campbell Town, Ross, Conara, Epping Forest, Midland Hwy route’s<br />
extra collection is on a Tuesday not their normal collection day.<br />
SPECIAL REFUSE COLLECTION FOR PENSIONERS ON 10 DECEMBER 2014<br />
This special collection will be available in all urban areas for the purpose of assisting<br />
those with limited access to <strong>Council</strong>’s waste transfer stations to dispose of unwanted<br />
items. Generally items must be easily handled by two persons and not over 15kgs –<br />
anything larger will not be collected. Green waste and hazardous materials will not be<br />
collected. There is a limit of 1 cubic metre per household.<br />
Pensioners must contact the Special Refuse <strong>Collection</strong> Officer on<br />
03 6397 7303 by 1st December 2014 to register for a collection.
