E.4.5 Relevant Experience and Capabilities<br />

A. Detailed descriptions of no more than eight (8) projects th<strong>at</strong> best illustr<strong>at</strong>e the team’s<br />

experience and capabilities relevant to this project. On each project description, please<br />

provide all of the following in<strong>for</strong>m<strong>at</strong>ion in consistent order:<br />

work on this project<br />

Project process and schedule d<strong>at</strong>a including construction delivery method, and<br />

construction completion d<strong>at</strong>e (any unusual events or occurrences th<strong>at</strong> affected the<br />

schedule should be explained)<br />

Construction cost d<strong>at</strong>a including pre-construction budget, and actual construction<br />

cost (if actual construction cost exceeds original, please explain why)<br />

E.4.6 Project Management Plan<br />

Each Offeror should submit a Project Management Plan th<strong>at</strong> addresses the issues set <strong>for</strong>th in<br />

Section D.4.4 of this <strong>RFP</strong>.<br />

E.4.7 Preliminary Project Schedule<br />

Each Offeror should prepare a preliminary project schedule th<strong>at</strong> shows how the Offeror intends<br />

to complete the project in a timely manner. The schedule should be prepared using a critical p<strong>at</strong>h<br />

method and should show key logic ties and activity dur<strong>at</strong>ions. The schedule should demonstr<strong>at</strong>e<br />

th<strong>at</strong> the Offeror understands the project and has a workable method to deliver the project in a<br />

timely manner.<br />

E.4.8 Cost In<strong>for</strong>m<strong>at</strong>ion<br />

Offerors will be required to bid a Lump Sum Price. Each Offeror should also include a<br />

preliminary schedule of value th<strong>at</strong> contains a sufficient level of detail so as to permit the<br />

Department to determine whether the Offeror has adequ<strong>at</strong>ely scoped the Project (an electronic<br />

<strong>for</strong>m of the schedule of values is available <strong>for</strong> download <strong>at</strong><br />
