D&L <strong>Trail</strong> – Middleburg Road Pedestrian Crossing – this project involves tying the Black<br />
Diamond section of the trail to Lehigh Gorge State Park by providing a PennDOT approved<br />
pedestrian crossing of Middleburg Road. I hope to have that completed by the fall.<br />
CARBON COUNTY<br />
D&L <strong>Trail</strong> – Lehighton <strong>Trail</strong>head – our partners at the Borough of Lehighton are currently<br />
installing the <strong>Trail</strong>head, which when complete will include full ADA access, signage and a small<br />
pavilion. Work will be completed in the spring.
