ARHS Scholarships Information<br />
We would like to remind parents that all senior students are welcome to apply for both the APTO Scholarships <strong>and</strong> the<br />
Athletic Boosters Scholarships. In order for the student's scholarship application to be accepted, parents must be current<br />
members <strong>of</strong> the respective group. The CRC has all the additional information needed to apply as well the applications<br />
for students. Both groups are still accepting membership dues at this time. This newsletter has membership<br />
applications (for parents) for both groups.<br />
We All Scream for<br />
The Ice Cream Social<br />
APTO is once again sponsoring the Ice Cream<br />
Social this spring. All students <strong>and</strong> faculty are<br />
invited to join us in the cafe during their lunch<br />
periods on Thursday, May 16th. Of course, in<br />
order for this event to run smoothly, we need<br />
parent volunteers to scoop <strong>and</strong> serve the ice<br />
cream. If you are available that day please<br />
contact Suzy Green at Green625@verizon.net<br />
with your availability. Thank you for coordinating<br />

ARHS 5K<br />
The 2nd Annual Algonquin Regional High School<br />
Race for Education 5K proceeds will be helping<br />
the students <strong>of</strong> Algonquin in two scholarships as<br />
well as the Girls Learn International educational<br />
fund. It will be held on Sunday, May 19th.<br />
There is a 1 mile kids race <strong>and</strong> a free little kids fun<br />
run on the school track<br />
Event schedule <strong>and</strong> times<br />
Registration begins at 8:00 am<br />
1 mile kids race starts at 9:00 am<br />
Little kids fun run at 9:05 am<br />
5k at starts 9:30 am<br />
