Victor was CEO from 2003 until 2012 of <strong>the</strong> DEXUS <strong>Property</strong> Group where he was responsible<br />

for over $15billion of office, retail and industrial assets located in Australia, North America and<br />

Europe and held on behalf of both listed and unlisted investors. Victor has over 30 years’ experience<br />

in property and finance including over 8 years at Westfield where he was <strong>the</strong> Director of<br />

Funds Management, responsible for both <strong>the</strong> Westfield Trust and <strong>the</strong> Westfield America Trust.<br />

Prior to that, Victor held Executive management positions in a number of financial services and<br />

property companies in Australia. He has a Commerce degree from <strong>the</strong> University of Queensland,<br />

an MBA from <strong>the</strong> Harvard Business School and is a fellow of <strong>the</strong> <strong>Australian</strong> <strong>Institute</strong> of<br />

Company Directors, <strong>the</strong> <strong>Institute</strong> of Chartered Accountants in Australia, <strong>the</strong> <strong>Australian</strong> <strong>Property</strong><br />

<strong>Institute</strong> and <strong>the</strong> Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Victor is a past National President of<br />

<strong>the</strong> <strong>Property</strong> Council of Australia, and <strong>the</strong> current Chairman of <strong>the</strong> <strong>Property</strong> Industry Foundation.<br />
