Victor was CEO from 2003 until 2012 of the DEXUS Property Group where he was responsible
for over $15billion of office, retail and industrial assets located in Australia, North America and
Europe and held on behalf of both listed and unlisted investors. Victor has over 30 years’ experience
in property and finance including over 8 years at Westfield where he was the Director of
Funds Management, responsible for both the Westfield Trust and the Westfield America Trust.
Prior to that, Victor held Executive management positions in a number of financial services and
property companies in Australia. He has a Commerce degree from the University of Queensland,
an MBA from the Harvard Business School and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of
Company Directors, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Australian Property
Institute and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Victor is a past National President of
the Property Council of Australia, and the current Chairman of the Property Industry Foundation.
