The Sialkot Clock Tower<br />
Emirates is launching fl ights to<br />
a fi fth destination in Pakistan -<br />
Sialkot, in the province of Punjab.<br />
Commencing on 5 November<br />
2013, the new service will operate<br />
four times a week (Tuesdays,<br />
Thursdays, Saturdays and<br />
Sundays) using a wide-body<br />
Airbus A330-200 aircraft with 54<br />
seats in business class and 183 in<br />
economy.<br />
AirAsia invites<br />
passengers to<br />
paint plane<br />
AirAsia has launched a new<br />
campaign inviting passengers<br />
to design the livery of one of its<br />
aircraft. Running until the end of<br />
this month, the airline's customers<br />
will be asked to paint an Airbus<br />
A330-300 to be operated by<br />
AirAsia X. Participants will have<br />
to design five separate sections<br />
parts of the aircraft, with the<br />
winning artist being given the<br />
chance to visit the Airbus paint<br />

Sialkot International Airport,<br />
which opened in 2007, boasts<br />
the longest runway in Pakistan.<br />
It will join Karachi, Islamabad,<br />
Lahore and Peshawar in Emirates'<br />
Pakistani network.<br />
Flights will depart Dubai at 0415<br />
and arrive in Sialkot at 0820. The<br />
return fl ight will leave Sialkot at<br />
0945, arriving back into Dubai at<br />

Six Senses Con Dao, the luxury<br />
island resort in Vietnam, has<br />
entered into an agreement with<br />
Vietnam Air Service Company<br />
(VASCO) to offer air bookings services<br />
at the property. The resort's reservation<br />
team can now reserve and issue<br />
tickets for VASCO's domestic flights<br />
from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Can<br />
Tho, operated by Vietnam Airlines. It<br />
will also offer VIP pick-up services,<br />
luggage handling and transfers<br />
between domestic and international<br />
terminals, plus the use of business<br />
lounges can also be arranged.<br />

South Korea will start to ease<br />
visa regulations for visitors<br />
from China and Southeast Asia,<br />
as it bids to boost regional tourism.<br />
The country's government said that<br />
starting next month, South Korea<br />
will offer multiple entry visas to<br />
Chinese nationals with families,<br />
those in higher income brackets<br />
and students from more than 100<br />
designated colleges. Tourists from<br />
Southeast Asia will be rewarded for<br />
multiple visits to Korea, with threeyear<br />
visas for tourists visiting the<br />
country more than twice.<br />
