BIO:<br />

Diana Frost joined CAWST in March 2003 to provide training and<br />

consulting services <strong>for</strong> the Latin American region. She is currently<br />

focusing on program development <strong>for</strong> the Caribbean and South<br />

America. Diana brings to CAWST four years of direct field experience<br />

in water treatment and sanitation programs <strong>for</strong> the poor in<br />

Peru. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering<br />

(University of Sherbrooke), DEC in Pure and Applied Sciences<br />

(Champlain Royal College), and is a qualified CAWST trainer<br />

including technical training in BioSand Filter and other treatment<br />

technologies.<br />

BIO:<br />

Mike Lafleur joined CAWST as Education Program Developer in<br />

January 2006 to develop and enhance CAWST's training curriculum<br />

in water and sanitation. Mike brings to CAWST four years of professional<br />

teaching experience and international experience in Namibia,<br />

Peru, Venezuela and the Philippines. He holds a Bachelor of<br />

Kinesiology (McMaster University), a Masters of Education (Brock<br />

University), a Certificate in Advanced Dispute Resolution (York<br />

University) and is a qualified CAWST trainer including technical<br />

training on the biosand filter and other household water technologies.<br />
