1 Adopted Resolution No 12 3358 approving an Initial Study Mitigated
Negative Declaration for the project applications
2 Adopted Resolution No 12 3359 approving a General Plan Map
Amendment on three parcels from Services Commercial SC to
General Industrial GI
3 Introduced and waived first reading of an Ordinance approving a
Zoning Map Amendment on three parcels from Services Commercial
CS to General Industrial IG and a Zoning Text Amendment relating
to industrial district building height and
4 Adopted Resolution No 12 3360 approving a Site Plan Review Permit
to construct a Phase I Project consisting of a 36 000sf industria
warehouse distribution building on 562 Acres a Future Phase II
Expansion consisting of a 26 000 sf warehouse addition and an
enclosed conveyor bridge over McKinley Avenue to service the existing
food and beverage manufacturing facility across the street at 1250
Lathrop Road
