Orlando Magic which he helped lead to the NBA finals in<br />

Jane Grote Abell—President & CEO, Donatos Pizza<br />
Jane Abell is president and chief operating officer of Donatos Pizza. Jane first began working for the<br />
company at age 11, when she helped her father and founder of Donatos Pizza, Jim Grote, work at the<br />
first of the pizza chain’s locations. Since then, she has held a variety of positions within the company,<br />
from starting out as an associate to joining the executive team as vice president of human resources<br />
in 1996. McDonald’s purchased Donato’s in 1999, and Abell became senior vice president of store<br />
development and chief people officer. There she advanced the decision to buy back the company<br />
from McDonald’s, and continue to grow the franchise.<br />
Victor Calanog, PhD—Director of Research, Reis, Inc.<br />
Victor Calanog is responsible for the firm’s market forecasting, valuation, and real estate portfolio<br />
analytic services. A prodigious researcher with broad interests, his papers in real estate economics,<br />
