Fourth Degree Certificates<br />
Fourth Degree members give many years <strong>of</strong> service to their assemblies. Others, though perhaps not as active as some, retain<br />
their membership for long periods <strong>of</strong> time. Whatever the degree <strong>of</strong> involvement, members who work diligently or who remained<br />
with the Order and particularly the Fourth Degree, for many years are deserving <strong>of</strong> recognition.<br />
There are numerous opportunities for assemblies to promote activities, meetings and special programs or anniversaries to honor<br />
members for their achievements. These opportunities for recognition have been expanded with these attractive certificates<br />
available for presentation to members in various categories.<br />
SUPREME ASSEMBLY CERTIFICATES<br />
ASSEMBLY ANNIVERSARY CERTIFICATE<br />
(Generic) — Awarded to the assembly “In<br />
grateful recognition <strong>of</strong> ______ years <strong>of</strong> service<br />
to our Order’s principles.” Certificates for the<br />
25th, 50th, 75th and 100th anniversaries are<br />
prepared approximately one month in<br />
advance and forwarded to the master for presentation.<br />
Other requests must be made<br />
through the Department <strong>of</strong> Fraternal Services<br />
at least one month prior to the anniversary<br />

their family, the Church and the Order. When<br />

couple’s name, city and state <strong>of</strong> residence,<br />
years <strong>of</strong> marriage and anniversary date. Each<br />
certificate will be personalized at the<br />
<strong>Supreme</strong> Council <strong>of</strong>fice and personally<br />
signed by the supreme knight and the<br />
supreme master. Requests for this certificate<br />
