Oversight & Special Tasks<br />
Purpose: Recommend changes in the bylaws and operation procedures <strong>of</strong> CEAC. Develop<br />
and recommend the Annual Overall Work Program and work with CSAC staff to identify the<br />
issues <strong>of</strong> importance to the <strong>County</strong> <strong>Engineers</strong> <strong>Association</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>California</strong>. Recommend<br />
distribution to the appropriate committee membership. Monitor the performance under the<br />
agreement with CSAC.<br />
