The William B McIntosh Lifetime Achievement Award is a special recognition awarded to a CEAC<br />
member <strong>of</strong> long standing who has made significant contributions over a period <strong>of</strong> years which have<br />
improved the practice <strong>of</strong> county engineering, introduced activities and programs to assure the<br />
continued viability <strong>of</strong> CEAC, enhanced the pr<strong>of</strong>essional stature <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Association</strong>, and increased the<br />
ability <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Association</strong> to provide desirable and necessary public works for the people <strong>of</strong> <strong>California</strong>.
