<strong>Meeting</strong>s <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Guide</strong> <strong>Dogs</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Blind</strong> are open to <strong>the</strong> public except when<br />

specifically noticed o<strong>the</strong>rwise in accordance with <strong>the</strong> Open <strong>Meeting</strong> Act. The audience will be<br />

given appropriate opportunities to comment on any issues be<strong>for</strong>e <strong>the</strong> <strong>Board</strong>, but <strong>the</strong> President<br />

may apportion available time among those who wish to speak. <strong>Meeting</strong>s are held in facilities<br />

accessible to persons with disabilities. Any person with a disability who requires a disabilityrelated<br />

modification <strong>of</strong> accommodation in order to participate in <strong>the</strong> public meeting may make<br />
