Evidence Based Practice using MOHOST with clients with organic
impairment

Hi There
We are currently working as O.Ts in an Old Age Psychiatry Team. We use the
MOHOST as our initial assessment tool for people with organic impairment.
We are preparing a presentation for our multi-disciplinary team journals club. We are
planning to present a case study highlighting the use of the MOHOST tool. We are
looking for your help to gather evidence of good clinical practice within this area to
share.
We would be appreciate your feedback.
